You agree to provide accurate, complete information and the documents required for your matter. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you supply, and for reviewing applications before they are filed where we ask you to.
Fees and payments
Fees are as set out in your quote and are exclusive of government and statutory charges unless stated otherwise. Government fees, once paid to a registry, are generally not refundable.
Intellectual property of this website
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to TrademarkIndia and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Outcomes in intellectual property matters depend on factors outside our control, including registry decisions and the actions of third parties. While we apply professional care and diligence, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ch. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
